Terms and Conditions

By using our car parking services (“Service”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Parking at Owner’s Risk

All vehicles are parked strictly at the owner’s risk.

We accept no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, or destruction of vehicles or contents, however caused.

2. Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse entry or reject any vehicle if we cannot accommodate it (including but not limited to space limitations, site restrictions, or safety concerns).

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits or holding fees are non-refundable.

Full payment is required as specified at the time of booking.

4. No Liability for Personal Belongings

Customers are advised not to leave valuables in their vehicles.

We will not be liable for loss or theft of any personal items left in vehicles or on the premises.

5. Departure & Late Fees

All vehicles must be removed/departed no later than 40 minutes after an event has finished.

A late fee of £5 will be applied for each vehicle remaining after the 40-minute departure window, up to one hour late.

If a vehicle remains beyond one hour after the departure deadline, a parking ticket will be issued by a third-party enforcement company.

Once issued, parking tickets cannot be cancelled or withdrawn under any circumstances.

6. Abandoned Vehicles

Vehicles left beyond the booked period without arrangement may be considered abandoned.

We reserve the right to remove, immobilize, or recover costs for dealing with abandoned vehicles.

7. Force Majeure & Event Cancellations

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide parking services due to events beyond our control (including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions).

If the event you are attending is cancelled, rescheduled, or otherwise altered, we will not be held responsible, and no refunds will be made once payment has been received.

Any fees paid prior to an event are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for:

Loss or damage to vehicles or contents.

Personal injury on the premises (unless caused by proven negligence).

Any indirect or consequential loss.

9. Insurance

All vehicles must be properly insured, licensed, and comply with legal requirements.

Customers remain fully responsible for their own vehicle insurance.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

Continued use of our services will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
