By booking a parking space with us, you agree to the following refund terms:

No Refunds on Deposits or Holding Fees

Any deposits or holding fees paid are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether you proceed with the booking.

No Refunds After Payment

Once a booking is confirmed and payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Event Cancellations

If the event you are attending is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or altered in any way, parking fees remain non-refundable.

We are not responsible for event cancellations and will not provide compensation.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or site closures), no refunds will be provided.

Late Arrival or Non-Attendance

No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, non-attendance, or failure to use the booked parking space.

Amendments

Bookings cannot be amended, transferred, or exchanged once payment has been made..
